A free 15-minute telephone or Zoom consultation can give you the opportunity to chat with me and see if we are a good fit for counselling.
It also gives you an opportunity to ask any questions you may have.
Ask about availability - I will try my best to find a time within my working hours to suit your needs. If there is nothing currently available, you can ask to go on a waiting list and I will contact you when a space becomes free.
If you have had counselling sessions with me before - either through Azure Dragonfly or through Wiltshire MIND - you can book a one-off check-in appointment. I will do my best to find a day and time that is convenient for you.
For anyone coming to counselling who feels apprehensive or anxious about sessions, or for clients who just want to plan ahead, I can offer a personalised and structured support plan so that you know what to expect and when to expect it.
