I am an experienced integrative therapeutic counsellor and psychological therapist.
I work online in private practice and as a contracted counsellor for a local mental health charity.
I provide online counselling and psychotherapy sessions for a range of mental health and wellbeing issues.
Online sessions are accessible from your home, or other private space, using a phone, tablet, laptop or pc with reliable wifi.
I welcome individuality and diversity, am neurodivergent-affirmative, and an LGBTQ+ ally.
I have a particular interest in working with clients' with autism / autistic traits and aim to provide a neurodivergent-friendly environment where you can explore your experiences in a calm, safe, and supportive online space.

Counselling and Psychotherapy
Counselling and psychotherapy are both types of talking-therapy.
Counselling sessions provide opportunities to discuss emotional and psychological issues - exploring any impact they may be having on your day-to-day life, and supporting you to process and manage that impact.
Psychotherapy tends to be longer-term and may explore emotional and psychological issues at a deeper level; but the distinction between counselling and psychotherapy is more about the level of training, experience, and knowledge of the therapist rather than the issue being brought to the session.
Counselling and psychotherapy sessions can help you to process life-events and experiences, thoughts, feelings, patterns, and relationships in privacy and without fear of judgement. Sessions can also help you to reflect on and explore your own identity and sense of Self in a safe and supportive environment.
