Online counselling & psychotherapy (UK) - positive mental health and wellbeing

I am an integrative therapeutic counsellor and psychological therapist.
I work online in private practice and as a contracted counsellor for a local mental health charity.
I offer online counselling and psychotherapy sessions for a range of mental health and wellbeing issues.
I have a particular interest in working with clients' with autism / autistic traits and aim to provide a neurodivergent-friendly environment where you can explore your experiences in a calm, safe, and supportive online space.
In addition to counselling and psychotherapy, I have experience in facilitating domestic abuse awareness courses, positive parenting, family support, and health & wellbeing.
I welcome individuality and diversity, am neurodivergent-affirmative, and an LGBTQ+ ally.

Counselling and Psychotherapy
Counselling can help you to think about and focus on specific issues, and look at the impact they may be having on you and your day-to-day life.
Psychotherapy is generally more in-depth. It helps you to explore and process past events and experiences, thoughts, feelings, patterns, and relationships in a non-judgemental and safe environment.
6-Step Therapy Plan
This approach applies a structured format to psychotherapy sessions. Using information, resources, and regular reviews, the plan helps clarify the therapeutic process, and guides you from our initial meeting to the conclusion of your therapy.
Psychological Therapy
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) for depression can help you to explore factors that may be contributing to low mood, as well as offering strategies that can help break the cycle of depression.
