Psychotherapy is generally more in-depth. It helps you to explore and process past events and experiences, thoughts, feelings, behaviour patterns, and relationships in a non-judgemental and safe environment.
6-Step Therapy Plan
This approach applies a structured format to psychotherapy sessions. Using information, resources, and regular reviews, the plan helps clarify the therapeutic process, and guides you from our initial meeting to the conclusion of your therapy.
Psychological Therapy
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) for depression can help you to explore factors that may be contributing to low mood, as well as offering strategies that can help break the cycle of depression.
