Online counselling & psychotherapy (UK) - positive mental health and wellbeing

Please explore the website, or go to the 'Quick Links' page if you prefer a more concise guide.

I am an integrative therapeutic counsellor and psychologist, working online in private practice and as a contracted counsellor for a local mental health charity.
I welcome individuality and diversity, am neurodivergent-affirmative, and an LGBTQ+ ally. I am particularly interested in supporting adults who have received a late diagnosis/undiagnosed autism and/or ADD.
I offer a personalised and structured 6-step therapy plan that may be of particular interest for clients seeking support for anxiety or who are neurodivergent.
I draw on different elements from a variety of psychological theories and approaches - giving you opportunities to work in a way that feels right for you.
I offer a free 15-30 minute initial consultation by phone or Zoom.

Counselling and Psychotherapy
Counselling and psychotherapy are types of talking-therapy.
Sessions provide opportunities to discuss emotional and psychological issues - exploring any impact they may be having on your day-to-day life, and supporting you to process and manage that impact.
Psychotherapy tends to be longer-term and may explore issues at a deeper level; reflecting the level of training, experience, and knowledge of the therapist.
Counselling and psychotherapy sessions can help you to process life-events and experiences, thoughts, feelings, patterns, and relationships in privacy and without fear of judgement.
Sessions can help you to reflect on and explore your own identity in a safe and supportive environment.
