Online counselling & psychotherapy (UK) - positive mental health and wellbeing

Hello, my name is Jacqui.
I am an integrative therapeutic counsellor and psychotherapist, a registered member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) and the British Psychological Society (BPS).
My therapy is client-focused and I follow the ethical guidelines of the above professional bodies - meaning that your best interests will be at the heart of any work we do together.
My core approach to counselling is humanistic - I celebrate individuality, strive for equality, and believe that we are at our happiest and least stressed when able to be our genuine self with others.
Sessions with me can help you to look at the issues that are important to you.
Whatever difficulties you are going through, I am here to listen with compassion, to support and encourage you, and to guide you through the therapeutic process. Everyone is unique, and your counselling should be as individual as you are.
I offer a free 15-30 minute consultation where we can discuss your concerns and I can answer any questions you may have.

Counselling and Psychotherapy Sessions
Counselling and psychotherapy are types of talking-therapy.
Sessions provide opportunities to discuss emotional and psychological issues - exploring any impact they may be having on your day-to-day life, and supporting you to process and manage that impact.
Counselling and psychotherapy can help you to process trauma, life-events and experiences, thoughts, feelings, patterns, and relationships in privacy and without fear of judgement.
Sessions can help you to reflect on and explore your own identity in a safe and supportive environment.
