SIMPLE STEPS TO ACCESS ONLINE COUNSELLING with Azure Dragonfly

The first step is to look at the Meet Jacqui and Information pages on this website to help you decide if I am the right counsellor for you. If you are unsure, or have any questions, you can book a free consultation to help you decide.
If the answer is yes, the next step is to book an appointment for a counselling session using the Book an appointment page.
Before your first session read the information, terms and conditions in the Counselling Contract and return the completed form via the Contact Me page here.
You will receive confirmation of your booking and will be sent a link to access the sessions (check your junk mail/spam if it does not arrive).
Pay for your session the day before your appointment, either by bank transfer or using the PayPal links on the Pay for an Appointment page.
Starting online counselling - click on your video link at the time of your booked session. Your first session will involve some admin, and discussing relevant information.
Regular counselling sessions - these will be set up for you automatically and you will be sent an email reminder of your appointment prior to each session.
Ending counselling - sessions can be short-term or long-term, and you are free to end counselling at any time - please confirm this during a session or via email. I would be grateful if you could take the time to complete a short feedback questionnaire at the end of your counselling sessions.
